Nutanix AHV Integration
System Requirements
- AOS 5.1.1+, 5.5.x+
- Veeam Backup & Replication v9.5 Update 3a
The is the demo configuration for AHV integration. Firstly we configure Veeam Backup Proxy Appliance, setup the network settings, admin user and password.
After finish the configuration, we can see the veeam dashboard.
Then add the Veeam Server into Backup Proxy Appliance.
Add the AHV Cluster into Backup Proxy Appliance.
After that we can create a new backup job for testing, input the name of backup job and backup schedule.
Select the target VM.
Select the backup repository.
Configure the backup schedule.
Execute the backup job.
The test backup job starts to backup the target VM.
We can restore this VM from it when it finished the backup job.
This simple confguration is successfully completed.
